Phil was a man of genuine honor....integrity....and the most kind hearted giving man I have ever know...I am only now in his passing finding out just how many lives and hearts he touched....and how loved and respected he was by everyone that knew him... This website has been set-up to allow all who knew Phil and all the hearts that will miss him now to pay tribute to this compassionate wonderful human being....and allow me to address all of the people who will miss him as I grieve the man I spent the last 50 years knowing...and loving...
